Subject: RE: CS04 buds for spring 2010 field grafting
Hi James,
The 101-14 is looking great. One of Tri Valley’s vineyard
foremen told me last week that in his 26 years in the field, he has
never seen stock as strong as what we’ve planted at Lancaster
the last few years. Kudos!

James,
Jim Dierberg commented today on how much better the
blocks planted with wood sourced by you look compared to prior plantings.
Thank you for your contribution to the success of our project.

Hello James,
The 420A were of a quality and size better than I could have hoped
for. We will plant the 101-14 in a months time but are excited
to see what they look like. We are very pleased with the service
that you have provided.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Luke Bass

James,
I'm very pleased with the quality of the
vines we received and with the activities that led us there. I feel
much better about the vines we have out in the field and with the
earlier plantings it's evident. It was well worth the money spent.
The quality of nursery stock has always been in question and it amazes
me services as yours haven't been put in play a long time ago. As
you are aware, the financial investment of a vineyard development
is huge. It boggles the mind we don't take more stock in researching
the quality of the vines and the raising of those vines before we
put them in the field.
